APPROVAL OF A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR WATER DISTRIBUTION, WASTEWATER AND A LIFT STATION FORCED MAIN SYSTEM AT MCINTOSH MIDDLE SCHOOL TO SARASOTA COUNTY
Description
Sarasota County Government is requesting a permanent nonexclusive utility easement at McIntosh Middle School for an existing water supply and wastewater system located on the site. There is a project scheduled at this location to replace two old water lines for the loop system and the easement is needed for the project and for maintenance and operation afterwards.
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the permanent nonexclusive utility easement on the McIntosh Middle School property for Sarasota County Government, as presented.
